| Hi Readers –

                         Anything Can Happen Day

Some days are ordinary days. When
you get up in the morning, you can pretty well say how
the day will go. Those days may not be exciting, but at
                        least they are predictable.
                        Some days are extraordinary days.
When you get up in the morning, you know something
unique, and possibly wonderful, is scheduled to happen
                        on those days: first-days-of-school, birthdays,
Christmas, New Year’s Eve into New Year’s Day. These are
all examples of those scheduled, extraordinary days.
Most of us look forward to, and enjoy, these days.
                        And then there are those
unscheduled, unpredictable, extraordinary days. I think
of them as Anything-Can-Happen Days. You wake up
in the morning and think, “Ah, a Tuesday. I know what to
expect out of Tuesdays.”. And then – Pow! For better or
worse, you find yourself in the middle of an
                        Anything-Can-Happen-Day. You meet your-own-true-love
on the subway; your lottery ticket has all the
winning numbers; your plumbing decides to become a
fountain shooting ten feet into the air; or your boss
announces he’s sending you on a business trip to
                        Antarctica… in July.
                        Suddenly, your life is turned
around and headed in a whole new direction, with no
control and little pre-planning on your part. It is both
how we look at and how we handle Anything-Can-Happen
Days that really determine what kind of days they
                        actually turn out to be.
In this Issue of 4 Star Stories we
meet a number of people having really interesting
                        Any-Thing-Can-Happen Days. I believe you’ll find
that the days they are having and how they handle them
are more than worthy of your exploration.

Enjoy your explorations! And remember – at 4 Star
                        Stories anything can happen.

                        And this is

                        #Eleven!

                        Enjoy!

                        I look
forward to seeing you in the Winter  Issue of

original Science Fiction and Fantasy short stories,

check every story before you send it to us, or to anyone
else for that matter. Reading a clean, error-free
